1. Introduction

Welcome to Clawpyr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clawpyr platform and its services. Clawpyr is operated by Melty ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Clawpyr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Payment and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments.

Clawpyr offers a 3-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged for the selected plan.

3. User Conduct and AI Usage

The core functionality of Clawpyr involves processing user-provided inputs to generate AI-powered outputs. User inputs are sent to the AI model and may be temporarily processed to produce results. You agree not to use Clawpyr to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Clawpyr reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Clawpyr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Clawpyr service shall be governed by the laws of Morocco.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
